REFUND POLICY

  • Delays may occur due to courier service load, public holidays, or remote location delivery.

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

    • Product weight/size

    • Delivery location

    • Shipping method selected (if applicable)

4. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable local courier services including:

  • TCS

  • Leopard Courier

  • M&P

  • Call Courier

  • Trax (or any third-party logistics used for TikTok Shop orders)

All shipments are trackable.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via SMS, email, or TikTok Shop order updates.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s official website or TikTok's order tracking feature.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failure

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery twice.

  • If the recipient is unavailable or provides incorrect information, the package may be returned to us.

  • We will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the packaging/product.

  3. We will investigate with the courier and assist with a resolution.
